Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal, so our prices change as well. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update product detail at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Products’ prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an incorrect price listing, we reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch. If your order is cancelled due to pricing errors, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

The weights shown on the website are approximate; we will try to deliver you the product with the same weight. In case there is a slight difference in the weight of the product, you will be charged according to the actual weight of the product at the time of delivery and the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method for that order.

Ordering and Payment

Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email with the order details. However, this does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Shipping and Delivery

Exchange / Buyback Policy

Any valuation for buyback or exchange is calculated based solely on the actual net weight of gold. Such value is derived from the current daily gold buyback rate as determined by the Company on the date of transaction, rather than the original purchase rate.

Costs associated with labor, making charges, wastage fees, local taxes, duties, and weights of stones are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable; these shall be excluded in full from the ultimate appraisal.

Items provided for buyback, return, or exchange are subject to comprehensive evaluation by our Quality Assurance department. This process ensures the actual purity and net weight of the precious metal, along with its overall condition, meet the Company's standards.

Should quality assessment identify any variance between the metal purity or weight and the original billing information, we maintain the unilateral authority to decline the buyback or exchange or modify the offer based on actual findings.

MG Bavane Jewellers LLP, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security, or proper administration of the service.
